Two CCIW Teams Earn Top 25 Spots in WBCA Honor Roll

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – The Women’s Basketball Coaches Association recently announced its 2004-05 Academic Top 25 Team Honor Roll, and two College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin teams made the list with North Central finishing 15th and North Park placing 23rd in NCAA Division III.

North Central earned an overall grade point average (GPA) of 3.404, while North Park had a GPA of 3.341 during the 2004-05 season.

The awards recognize teams throughout the nation that have the highest GPA’s for the 2004-05 season based upon nominations submitted by WBCA-member coaches. The WBCA also recognizes schools at the NCAA Division I and II levels, as well as the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
