Audrey Minott of Millikin wins CCIW "Player of the Week" honors

ROCK ISLAND, Illinois - Millikin University won its ninth College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin women's basketball title in the last 11 years with a 68-62 road victory at Wheaton on February 21.

Junior point guard Audrey Minott was instrumental in the win and for that reason has been selected as the "Player of the Week" in the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin for games ending February 21. Minott scored 17 points, going four of five from the floor, including two of two from three point range, and a perfect seven of seven from the free throw line. She also had two assists and three steals in 40 minutes of play.
