D3Hoops.Com Announces All-Region Teams

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin was well represented when D3Hoops.com announced its all-region teams Tuesday as seven players on the men’s side and two on the women’s side made their respective teams.

Augustana’s Rick Harrigan (Sr.; Chicago, Ill.) and Illinois Wesleyan’s Adam Dauksas (Sr.; Homewood, Ill.) made the first team as guards in the Midwest Region, while Elmhurst’s Chris Martin (Sr.; Eureka, Ill.) was a first team forward.

Forward Keelan Amelianovich (Sr.; Naperville, Ill.) and center Zach Freeman (Sr.; Bloomington, Ill.) of Illinois Wesleyan made the second team, while guard Tony Bollier (Sr.; Leo, Ind.) of Wheaton and forward Anthony Simmons (Jr.; Bolingbrook, Ill.) of North Central were named to the third team. Harrigan was named player of the year.

On the women’s side, two players from CCIW schools were named to the All-Central Region team. Millikin forward Lindsay Ippel (So.; Decatur, Ill.) was named to the first team, while Wheaton forward Elizabeth Fox (Jr.; Reno, Nev.) was named as a third team member.
