D3Hoops.Com Announces All-American Teams

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – Four College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin men’s basketball players were named to the D3Hoops.com All-American Team Wednesday, including two first team members and one each on the second and third team.

Illinois Wesleyan’s Adam Dauksas (Sr.; Homewood, Ill.) and Keelan Amelianovich (Sr.; Naperville, Ill.) made the first team, while Augustana’s Rick Harrigan (Sr.; Chicago, Ill.) was a second team member. Elmhurst’s Chris Martin (Sr.; Eureka, Ill.) made the third team. Harrigan was also a member of the National Association of Basketball Coaches All-American Second Team.

In addition, the CCIW had three teams finish in the top 25 of the last D3Hoops.com poll of the 2005-06 season. Illinois Wesleyan finished third, while Augustana was 11th. North Central finished the season 19th. On the women’s side, Wheaton finished 11th.
