Outlook
The Carthage Lady Reds enter the 2006 CCIW Outdoor Track & Field Championships looking to win a fourth straight title. Carthage won its first title in school history in 2003 and have not lost since.

Carthage is one of only three schools to win a conference title women’s outdoor track since the CCIW began sponsoring the sport in 1987. Augustana leads the way with 11 team titles, while North Central has won five titles.

Shea’na Grigsby a two-time all-American in the 100-meter high hurdles, leads the way for the Lady Reds, having won the last four conference titles in the same event.
