Wheaton's Bradley Named Coach of the Year
NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) named Wheaton's Scott Bradley the Division III Women's Track & Field Coach of the Year during a banquet proceeding the NCAA Division III Track & Field Championships last week.
In addition, Bradley earned the USTFCCCA's Midwest Region Coach of the Year award last Tuesday, also for women's track and field.
Bradley guided the women's program to their first ever College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) championship on May 13. Bradley and his coaching staff earned "Coaching Staff of the Year honors as voted on by their peers.
The Thunder women's cross country team, under the direction of Bradley, won the CCIW title in the fall, the third straight title for Wheaton.
