Outlook
The Carthage Red Men will look to earn their third straight CCIW Men’s Tennis title after defeating Wheaton 6-1 in 2005 and Illinois Wesleyan 7-0 in 2004.

This will be the third season of the dual meet format after years of awarding flight champions. Carthage has won every title since the CCIW began the new format during the 2004 season.

2005 CCIW Men’s Tennis First Team All-Conference member Brad Livingston and second team member Tres Heimann lead Carthage. Livingston won the No.2 singles match in the championship against Wheaton last season, while Heimann won at No. 5.
