The CCIW uses officials assignors in the sports of football and men's and women's basketball.  Individuals interested in working as an official in these sports should complete and submit the registration forms below.  All completed forms will be provided to each officials assignor for consideration and follow up contact, if needed.

Individuals interested in officiating in sports other than football and men's and women's basketball should contact individual school sport coaches as host schools are responsible for assigning officials.  The coaches e-mail directory found in the "General Information" section of the CCIW web site can assist in this process.
