Level I & Level II Violations
"The NCAA has determined that violations of certain bylaws are to be considered as Level I or Level II secondary violations.  Level I violations are to be submitted to the NCAA Enforcement staff immediately upon discovery of the violation.  Level II violations are to be submitted to the CCIW office immediately upon discovery.  The CCIW will, in turn, submit all Level II violations to the NCAA at the appropriate time.  See the lists below for violations that are considered Level I or Level II violations."
