NAPERVILLE, Ill. – North Central’s Jack Burchett was named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Men’s Basketball Player of the Week for the second time this season on Monday.

Burchett, a senior forward from Mokena, Illinois and Providence Catholic High School (Accounting major), tallied a double-double of 21 points and 14 rebounds during the Cardinals’ 82-72 win over North Park on Saturday. It was Burchett’s sixth double-double of the season as he finished 8-of-14 shooting from the field and two blocks. The win clinched the fourth and final CCIW Tournament spot for North Central.
