MOLTEN USA NAMED OFFICIAL VOLLEYBALL FOR CCIW

Chris Martin, the commissioner of the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin, is pleased to announce that the league has entered into an agreement with Molten USA to become the official volleyball of the CCIW. The contract will begin on June 1, 2005 and run through May 30, 2008. Molten USA is the official volleyball of the NCAA championships through 2008.

“This is the first official volleyball contract for the CCIW,” said Martin. “We will use the Molten IV58L-U volleyball in all conference matches, tournament hosted by CCIW schools and in the CCIW tournament.”

Molten is also the official ball of USA Volleyball and is headquartered in Sparks, Nevada.

The CCIW now has official ball agreements in baseball (Diamond), football (Wilson), softball (Wilson), men’s basketball (Wilson), women’s basketball (Wilson) and soccer (Select).
