Elmhurst No. 25 in Latest CSTV/AVCA Top 25 Coaches Poll

NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) released the CSTV/AVCA Top 25 Coaches Poll for NCAA Division III on Monday, and Elmhurst (31-10, 5-2 in 2005) earned the No. 25 spot after placing third in the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) last season and earning the tournament title, giving the Bluejays the CCIW's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

Elmhurst earned 65 points in the poll, while Carthage (30-7, 7-0 in 2005), the defending regular season champions, were named in the "others receiving votes" category with 54 points.

The next CSTV/AVCA Division III Top 25 Coaches Poll is scheduled to be released on Tuesday, September 12.
