[December 31, 2007] -- The National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) has announced that Wheaton's Taryne Lee has been selected as its Division III "Player of the Year" in women's soccer. Earlier this fall she was recognized as the 2007 CCIW “Most Outstanding Player”, and named as a First Team All-American by the NSCAA.

[November 24, 2007] -- For the third time in four seasons, the Wheaton College women's soccer team, led by head coach Pete Felske, was crowned NCAA Division III National Champions after a 1-0 win over previously unbeaten Messiah (23-1-0) Saturday.

[November 14, 2007] -- A 2-0 win over Pudget Sound on Saturday moved the Wheaton women's soccer team one step closer to its third national title in four years as the Thunder will face Western Connecticut State this Friday in the NCAA Division III Final Four.
